The Department Focus and Vision grew by becoming great in core services such as programming, customer service, managing libraries and communication.
Building success helped with attracting partners through success, building credibility and having something to offer with partnerships - both internal and external.
The success has shown an increase in circulation, program attendance and Summer Reading Program.
